- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee as specified in our Refund Policy.
- Emergency Services: For emergency services, we strive to respond as quickly as possible. However, response times may vary based on your location and the availability of our technicians.
- Pricing and Payments
- Service Fees: The prices for our services are provided upon request or booking. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.
- Payment Methods: We accept payment via cash, credit cards, & digital payments. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Estimates: Any price estimates provided are subject to change based on the actual work required. If additional work is necessary, you will be informed, and your approval will be sought before proceeding.
- Liability and Warranty
- Service Warranty: We guarantee our locksmith services for 48 hours upon completion. If any issues arise due to faulty workmanship, we will rectify the problem at no additional cost within this warranty period.
- Product Warranty: Any locks or products installed are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.
- Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for damages caused by improper use of products or services, nor are we liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
- Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, accidents, or government actions.
- Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when booking an appointment.
- Ensure that you or an authorized person is present during the service.
- Confirm that you have the authority to grant access to the property or vehicle where the service is to be performed.
